  • 蝸輪式減速機之構成介紹

    特徵

    本公司鑒於現今工業之需求，特改良研究生產此最符合國際標準的蝸輪減速機。以良好的蝸輪材料加上強固的熱處理及精細研磨的蝸桿製成，故能保持最圓滑之運轉，效率高且發聲極小不易逆轉、體積小、重量輕、外型美觀、壽命長、相信能對貴公司、工廠做最大的貢獻。

    構造

    蝸桿：採用S45C中碳鋼《或SCM21鉻鉬鋼》，經高週波熱處理焠火硬化《或滲碳硬化處理》，
    齒面硬度達HRC45o﹝HRC60o﹞，經精密CNC蝸桿磨床精密研磨，品質穩定，精度高，
    表面粗度Ra0.8有極高的韌性與耐磨性。
    蝸輪：使用ALBC3鋁青銅以專用蝸輪滾齒刀用精密滾齒機滾製而成，可承受強大的衝擊。
    外殼：一體成型鑄造，有良好的潤滑及適當的表面積，具良好之散熱性。材質均採用FC23。
    軸承：特採用高剛性滾珠軸承及圓錐滾柱軸承，對平面及側面的荷重，均能充分的適用。

    機種選擇

    如想有效率的選擇使用北工牌蝸輪減速機，請參照以下說明：
    入力軸回轉速：以聯結器直結或皮帶輪等傳動時，最高入力轉速為2000r.p.m.而600~1800r.p.m.則較一般性使用。
    出力軸回轉速：確定入力軸回轉速及減速比後即可算出
    【出力軸回轉速=入力軸回轉速x 1/減速比】
    如特別低速回轉時，效率、扭力均降低及軸承給油亦較困難，須特別選擇型號與潤滑油，並請直接與本廠聯絡洽商。
